Stephanie at Snowbasin

I've been reminded a few times in the last couple days just how behind I am in blogging, so I'm going to oblige by posting a few pics from today.

Stephanie's gorgeous wedding reception was held at Snowbasin Resort in Huntsville. The event definitely made it into that "spectacular" category! The thing that bothers me about the photos I take (and blogging for that matter) is that as a reader, you can't adequately grasp the scale and feel of an event from a few measly pictures. This is definitely one of those times where I wish you all could have been there to experience the texture and color and overall grandness of the event. When you saw it as a whole, it was breathtaking! I'm excited to see more of it from the talented Rebekah Westover later on -- she's sure to do an amazing job of portraying the exquisiteness of Stephanie's day. For now, here are a few shots I took as we were running out the door this evening. The color scheme was primarily green with cream and orange accents. She had 5 designs spread among her 21 guest tables...tall, low, elaborate, and fun. Flowers we used? Too many to name! Enjoy!

It was quite an undertaking to prep for this enormous wedding. It took three long days to complete the arranging. Special thanks to Kathy, Jessica, and Kate who did a great job not only putting these flowers together, but who also put up with me and made the long trek up to the resort to put the finishing touches on our client's beautiful day!
